MHP Workplace

MHP Workplace is an internal corporate Telegram bot built exclusively for employees of MHP (a major Ukrainian agro-industrial company). It acts as a personal workplace assistant, helping staff quickly access payroll information, submit ideas to an "Idea Bank", and check their accumulated vacation days — all without leaving Telegram. The bot greets users with a welcome screen that outlines its core capabilities, then requires them to verify their identity by submitting their phone number and consenting to data processing before any features become accessible. This phone-gate ensures only legitimate MHP employees can use the tool. Monetisation is absent — the bot is a free internal HR/payroll utility provided by the employer at no cost to users. Its value lies in operational efficiency: reducing calls to HR departments and giving employees on-demand access to personal data. With nearly 20,000 active users, the bot serves a sizable employee base, reflecting MHP's large workforce across Ukraine. The interface is entirely in Ukrainian, consistent with the company's home market and workforce.
